Patient Portal

We are excited to offer access to your record and secure email access to your provider through our patient portal which is called PATIENT FUSION. If you have given us your email address you should have received an invitation. All you have to do is log on through this email and you will be able to see parts of your record. The most exciting part of this is that through this site you can directly email your provider in a secure network.
